- The online booking form, where we ask for your name, phone number, address, appliance type, brand, a description of the problem, and a preferred repair date.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment or credit card information through this website — repair costs are quoted and paid directly with the technician.
How We Use It
Information submitted through either form is used for one purpose: to contact you back, confirm a repair appointment, and provide the service you asked for. We don't use it for marketing emails, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get viewed, and whether people call or book a repair. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location (city-level, from your IP address), device type, and browsing behavior on this site. This data is anonymized and aggregated; we don't use it to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Maps
Our Contact page embeds a Google Map to show our service area. Loading that map means your browser connects to Google's servers, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We don't control what Google collects through the map embed.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact and booking form submissions only as long as needed to complete your repair and handle any warranty follow-up. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We may share it with:
- The technician assigned to your repair.
- The service providers that run our forms and booking system, only so they can deliver your submission to us.
- Law enforcement or a court, only if we're legally required to.
Your Rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site uses cookies from Google Analytics (see above) to understand site traffic. We don't use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings — doing so won't stop the site from working, since we don't rely on cookies for any core function like booking a repair.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults arranging appliance repairs and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
